📋 Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong coordination and documentation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience and the ability to effectively manage facility operations, office supplies, and internal communication.

Experience Required: 3 – 6 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
✅ Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Assist in managing daily administrative and office operations efficiently.
Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and external vendors.
Documentation: Maintain essential records, files, MIS, and documentation.
Management Support: Provide support to senior management through reports, schedule management, and follow-ups.
Facility Oversight: Supervise housekeeping, facility management, and inventory of office supplies.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Communication: Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Audits: Assist in internal audits and prepare administrative reports.
