We are hiring a senior Head of IT / IT Leader with end-to-end ownership of enterprise IT functions beyond ERP. The role involves leading IT operations, enterprise-wide IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Overall IT leadership across ERP, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
Ownership of enterprise-wide IT strategy (not limited to SAP)
Experience aligning technology with business and manufacturing needs
Hands-on leadership in digital transformation and system integration
Strong exposure to manufacturing IT environments
Oversight of IT operations and governance
🎓 REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as IT Head / IT Leader
Strong background in manufacturing industry IT
Expertise in ERP systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and integrations
