यही confusion हर fresher को होती है। लेकिन घबराने की ज़रूरत नहीं – इस लेख में मैं आपको step-by-step बताऊंगा कि एक ATS-friendly और impactful resume कैसे बनाएं, भले ही आपके पास कोई professional experience न हो।

Fresher Resume क्या होता है?

Fresher resume वो resume होता है जो first job apply करने वाले candidates बनाते हैं।
इसमें experience कम होता है, इसलिए focus होता है:

• Projects
• Education
• Certifications

Fresher Resume का सही Format

2. Career Objective / Summary (2-3 lines)

यह section optional है, लेकिन freshers के लिए बहुत useful है। यह बताता है कि आप क्या चाहते हैं और कंपनी को क्या दे सकते हैं।
Format: [Your degree/branch] graduate seeking [role type] position in [domain]. Skilled in [top skills]. Aiming to leverage [specific skill] to contribute to company growth.

3. Education (Reverse chronological)

Freshers के लिए यह सबसे important section है। Include करें:

• Degree (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, etc.)
• College/University name and location
• Year of passing (or expected)
• CGPA/Percentage (if above 7.0 or 70%)
• Relevant coursework (optional, if highly relevant)

4. Skills (Very Important)

Skills को category में लिखें:

• Technical Skills (AutoCAD, Python, Excel, etc.)
• Tools (MS Office, Tally, etc.)
• Soft Skills (Communication, Teamwork)

5. Projects (Most Important Section)

Experience नहीं है तो projects से दिखाइए। यह section आपकी practical knowledge prove करता है।
