Key Responsibilities
• Handle complete sales operations in assigned territory
• Appoint and manage distributors & dealers
• Lead and guide Sales Officers / Field Staff
• Conduct farmer meetings and product demonstrations
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Market planning and competitor analysis
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate (Agriculture preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years experience in Agro Chemical / Agri Input industry
• Strong dealer network in Roorkee & Haridwar region
• Leadership and team handling skills
• Ready for field travel
