CNC Programmer Job | 5/6 Axis Machine | Manufacturing Industry Hiring

💼 Job Description
The role involves developing optimized tool paths, programming CNC machines, and ensuring precision machining for complex components. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of machining processes and CAD/CAM software.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Generate optimized tool paths for 5/6-axis machining operations
Perform machine setup, work offset setting, and tool calibration
Select suitable cutting tools based on honeycomb panel material
Execute CNC programs and monitor machining operations
Optimize cutting parameters for dimensional accuracy and cycle time
Handle nesting and material utilization for large honeycomb panels
Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining issues
Ensure surface finish and dimensional accuracy as per customer requirements
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams
Maintain machine efficiency, preventive maintenance, and 5S activities

🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and CAM software
Experience in multi-axis CNC programming and operations
Understanding of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters
Knowledge of nesting software and material optimization
Familiarity with aluminum panel processing preferred

🏭 Preferred Experience
Experience with HOMAG CNC Honeycomb Panel Cutting Machine
Background in honeycomb panel manufacturing
Exposure to aerospace or advanced manufacturing industry

👤 Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience in advanced CNC machining centers
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Focus on quality, productivity, and safety standards
