Key Responsibilities
• Quality control in MCB, Isolator, Starter (SP) manufacturing
• Testing, assembly and spot welding quality inspection
• ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 auditing and documentation
• Customer complaint handling for switchgear products
• MIS reporting and MS Office documentation
• Managing QA manpower and quality processes
• Root cause analysis of manufacturing defects
• Product inspection and testing as per specifications
• Investigation and closure of product quality issues
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Effective communication and presentation skills
