Key Responsibilities & Duties
Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality promotional materials, product packaging, corporate literature, brochures, banners, and social media creatives.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual elements adhere strictly to company brand guidelines and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
Software Operations: Utilize graphic design suites to edit images, vectorize logos, and produce print-ready/digital layout files.
Multi-Project Handling: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and deliver output within tight deadlines.
Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate constructive feedback into designs and refine visual assets based on brand requirements.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
1. Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
2. Experience & Domain Knowledge
2 to 5 years of practical experience in graphic design.
Candidates with prior experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare background are preferred.
3. Technical Skills & Tools
Design Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other standard graphic applications.
Strong aesthetic sense including typography, color theory, page layout, and visual composition.
4. Soft Skills & Attributes
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle high-pressure environments and strict project deadlines.
