Job Vacancy: Administrative Assistant Manager

Sanskar Ayush Medicare Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Manager to join our team. We need a dedicated professional to support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning at our facility in Haridwar/Roorkee.

📋 Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong coordination and documentation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience and the ability to effectively manage facility operations, office supplies, and internal communication.

📍 Position Details
Experience Required: 3 – 6 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Assist in managing daily administrative and office operations efficiently.
Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and external vendors.
Documentation: Maintain essential records, files, MIS, and documentation.
Management Support: Provide support to senior management through reports, schedule management, and follow-ups.
Facility Oversight: Supervise housekeeping, facility management, and inventory of office supplies.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Communication: Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Audits: Assist in internal audits and prepare administrative reports.

🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Solid problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
