Position Breakdown
Die Making Operator: 5–12 years experience (Budgeted CTC: 4.5 Lakh)
Pasting Operator (Expert Fold/HS Liner): 2–12 years experience (Budgeted CTC: 3.5 – 4.5 Lakh)
Printing Feeder & Operator: Experience with Roland, KBA, or Heidelberg machines (Budgeted CTC: 2.3 – 2.5 Lakh)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Operate assigned machines as per SOP
✔ Maintain production quality & safety standards
✔ Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
✔ Keep records of output and downtime
