Job Description
NIIT Foundation is hiring a Placement Coordinator – IT to support student placements and build strong employer partnerships. The role involves coordinating placement activities, preparing candidates for jobs, and ensuring successful hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong partnerships with IT employers
Coordinate student placements, interviews, and hiring drives
Support candidates with job readiness and interview preparation
Track placement data and maintain MIS/reporting
Achieve placement targets and ensure successful outcomes
Work closely with training teams to align skills with industry needs
Eligibility Criteria
Experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations (IT domain preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to connect with employers and drive placement results
Experience in education/skilling sector will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with prior placement coordination experience
Strong networking and employer engagement skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits
