Job Description
Radisson Blu Hotel, Rudrapur is inviting applications from suitable and experienced candidates for multiple positions across its hotel operations. The available opportunities include Banquet Sales, Human Resources, Food Production, Bakery, Tandoor and Engineering departments.

Candidates with relevant qualifications, hospitality experience and good communication skills can apply for the suitable position. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out their assigned departmental duties while maintaining professional standards, teamwork and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

Banquet Sales Manager

Handle banquet and event sales enquiries.
Coordinate with clients for meetings, functions and events.
Develop business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with internal hotel departments for smooth event execution.

Assistant HR Manager / HR Executive / Associate

Support day-to-day HR operations.
Assist with employee records, recruitment and onboarding.
Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related activities.
Maintain professional communication and HR documentation.

CDP – Halwai / CDP – Bakery / Commis I – Tandoor

Prepare food items according to hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations.
Follow food safety, quality and portion-control practices.
Coordinate with the culinary team during service.

Shift Engineer

Monitor hotel engineering and maintenance operations.
Handle routine maintenance and technical requirements.
Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and other facility-related issues.
Ensure equipment and hotel facilities remain operational.

Eligibility
Candidates with relevant Hotel Management, Hospitality, HR, Engineering, Culinary or related qualifications may apply according to the position.
Relevant industry experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills are preferred.
Candidates should be willing to work in a hotel environment and according to operational requirements.
