📋 Position Details
Position: Business Excellence – AM/DM (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager)
Company: Spark Minda (Powered by Passion)
Location: Pantnagar, Uttarakhand
Experience: 6 – 10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical / Electronics)
✅ Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Audits & Compliance: Conduct MBEM Audits, Safety checks, and manage 5S implementation.
- Performance Measurement: Measure the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Training & Development: Organize training programs, Kaizen competitions, and other continuous improvement activities.
- SBU Coordination: Coordinate with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) for the timely receipt and review of CSI reports and action plans. Provide inputs and observations based on these reports.
- Corrective Actions: Ensure the closure of observations and finalization of CSI reports. Oversee the horizontal deployment of Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to ensure proper implementation.
- Internal Assessment: Develop internal assessors for MBEM by identifying suitable candidates and conducting necessary training sessions.
