Job Overview
Synokem Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is inviting experienced pharmaceutical professionals to apply for multiple open positions in its Quality Control (QC) Department at the SIDCUL, Haridwar manufacturing facility.

Vacant Positions & Eligibility Details
1. HPLC Operator (QC)
Required Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Salary / CTC: 5.4 LPA
Key Role & Focus: Routine sample analysis using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems, operational maintenance, and compliance with GLP/cGMP guidelines.
2. RM / Chemical Analyst (QC)
Required Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Salary / CTC: 5.4 LPA
Key Role & Focus: Analysis of Raw Materials (RM), wet chemical testing, assay procedures, volumetric analysis, and maintaining accurate laboratory analytical records.
3. RM – Deputy Manager (QC)
Required Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Salary / CTC: 7.0 LPA
Key Role & Focus: Supervising Raw Material analytical workflows, managing laboratory compliance, review/approval of test reports, and overseeing team performance in alignment with regulatory standards.

General Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine and non-routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, GLP, safety regulations, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare, record, and maintain clear and compliant documentation for all laboratory analysis.
Calibration, operation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment (HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, balance instruments, etc.).
Participate in out-of-specification (OOS) investigations, root-cause analyses, and audit preparations.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized university.
Industry Experience: Proven background working in a regulated pharmaceutical QC laboratory setup.
Technical Knowledge: Good familiarity with regulatory requirements, analytical instruments, and quality compliance frameworks.
