Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Officer / Senior Officer – Recruitment to join its HR team in Haridwar. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry recruitment and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to joining.

The role involves handling recruitment requirements across multiple departments and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and other pharmaceutical functions.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities and onboarding activities.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming manpower requirements.
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
Handle multiple recruitment positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry recruitment.
Experience in recruitment for functions such as Production, Quality, Engineering and Warehouse will be preferred.
Strong candidate sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and internal hiring teams.
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment activities simultaneously.
Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
