Job Description & Responsibilities
Technicians: Perform vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance as per Royal Enfield standards.
Sales Consultant / Sales Executive: Assist customers in vehicle selection, handle showroom sales, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Housekeeping Staff: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the showroom and service premises.
Telecaller / REOWN Telecaller: Handle customer calls, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and feedback collection.
Allocation Executive: Manage vehicle allocation, inventory coordination, and dispatch processes.
Branch Manager: Oversee daily branch operations, staff management, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.
Service Advisor: Coordinate between customers and technicians, provide service estimates, and ensure quality service delivery.
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE): Manage customer relationships, handle queries, and improve customer retention.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate (depending on position)
Relevant experience preferred; freshers may also apply for certain roles
Good communication skills
Two-wheeler industry experience will be an added advantage
