Job Description
Arya Vastu Bhandar is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records and reconciliation work. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting experience along with good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.

The position involves handling accounting records, marketplace-related accounts, invoices, statutory requirements and payment reconciliation. Candidates who are detail-oriented and have good communication skills can apply.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales, purchase and inventory records accurately.
Manage accounting entries and supporting documentation.
Handle Amazon and Blinkit accounts and related transactions.
Review marketplace settlements and payment statements.
Manage commission invoices and related accounting entries.
Assist with GST, TDS/TCS and return-related work.
Check deductions and reconcile them with accounting records.
Perform payment and account reconciliation.
Identify discrepancies in marketplace settlements and accounting entries.
Maintain proper purchase and sales documentation.
Coordinate with relevant teams regarding accounting and payment-related queries.
Maintain organized financial records for routine accounting requirements.
Use accounting software and Microsoft Office for regular work.
Support other accounting and documentation activities as required.

Required Skills
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
B.Com or M.Com qualification.
Good knowledge of accounting software.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience handling Amazon and Blinkit accounts.
Understanding of marketplace settlements and deductions.
Knowledge of commission invoices.
Familiarity with GST, TDS/TCS and returns.
Good understanding of payment reconciliation.
Ability to maintain sales, purchase and inventory records.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification
B.Com
M.Com
Candidates should have relevant practical accounting experience.

Experience Required
2–3 years minimum experience in accounting or a related role.

Experience with e-commerce or marketplace accounting, particularly Amazon and Blinkit accounts, will be relevant for this position.

Salary
Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and capabilities.
