Job Description
BNK Power Solution Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Turbine DCS Operator for its power plant team in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. The position is suitable for candidates with a Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech qualification and at least 4 years of relevant experience in turbine operations or a similar power plant environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring turbine-related parameters through the Distributed Control System (DCS) and supporting safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor turbine operating parameters through the DCS control system.
Operate and monitor turbine systems according to approved plant procedures.
Keep track of important operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, speed and load.
Monitor turbine and associated equipment for abnormal operating conditions.
Support turbine startup, shutdown and normal operating activities as per plant procedures.
Coordinate with field operators and other plant personnel during routine operations.
Communicate operating conditions and abnormalities to the concerned shift team.
Maintain proper records of operating parameters and shift activities.
Assist in identifying operational issues and coordinate with the relevant technical team.
Follow prescribed operating procedures and plant safety requirements.
Support smooth operation of the 2 MW back-pressure/condensing turbine system.
Ensure control-room activities are carried out carefully and accurately.

Required Skills
Knowledge of DCS-based turbine operation.
Understanding of turbine and power plant operating systems.
Ability to monitor and interpret operating parameters.
Basic understanding of pressure, temperature, load and turbine-related parameters.
Knowledge of startup and shutdown procedures.
Ability to coordinate with field operators and shift teams.
Good observation and problem-solving skills.
Strong awareness of industrial and power plant safety procedures.
Ability to work in a shift-based plant environment.

Educational Qualification
Candidates should have any of the following:

Diploma
B.E.
B.Tech
A relevant engineering or technical background is preferred.

Experience
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience is required.

Candidates with practical experience in turbine operation, DCS operation or power plant operations may be suitable for this position.
