About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Exports to manage our international trade operations, logistics, and documentation. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end export shipments, handle compliance, and coordinate seamlessly with international buyers and forwarding agencies.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Handle end-to-end export shipments, documentation, and international logistics.
Coordinate closely with Custom House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and international buyers.
Manage shipping bills, Bill of Lading (BL), export certificates, and standard customs documentation.
Handle buyer inquiries, prepare business quotations, and manage shipment follow-ups.
Coordinate export payments, e-BRC generation, and statutory compliance.
Manage export samples and specialized cold-chain shipments efficiently.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility:
Education: Graduate in any stream from a recognized university.
Experience: Hands-on professional experience of 4–8 years in export operations is mandatory.
Industry Preference: Experience in Food or FMCG export operations will be strongly preferred.
Skills: Strong English communication skills and excellent buyer coordination capabilities.
