Avonaire Solutions is hiring for multiple positions in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The company is an HVAC engineering and EPC organization working with air-conditioning, ventilation and related HVAC systems. Its services include VRV/VRF air conditioning, AHU, chiller plants, ventilation and other HVAC solutions.

The company is inviting applications from experienced professionals as well as suitable freshers for the following positions.

1. HVAC Service Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Handle installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot air-conditioning equipment.
Assist in maintenance of HVAC systems at customer/project locations.
Inspect equipment and identify technical issues.
Coordinate with technicians during service and maintenance activities.
Maintain service reports and basic technical documentation.
Follow workplace and electrical safety procedures.
Support preventive maintenance and breakdown service activities.

Required Skills
Experience in HVAC or air-conditioning service work.
Understanding of HVAC equipment and basic troubleshooting.
Knowledge of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work at project/customer locations when required.

2. VRV/VRF AC Technician
Job Responsibilities
Installation and servicing of VRV/VRF air-conditioning systems.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Identify faults in AC systems and assist in resolving technical problems.
Check system performance and operating conditions.
Support installation and commissioning activities.
Carry out preventive maintenance as required.
Maintain tools and equipment properly.
Follow appropriate safety practices while working.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with VRV/VRF AC systems preferred.
Knowledge of air-conditioning maintenance and servicing.
Understanding of basic refrigeration and electrical components.
Ability to troubleshoot common AC-related problems.
Relevant HVAC technician experience will be preferred.

3. Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales enquiries.
Communicate with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements related to HVAC and air-conditioning solutions.
Explain relevant products and services to customers.
Maintain customer and enquiry records.
Coordinate with the technical team when required.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Assist in achieving assigned sales and marketing objectives.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
Customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel locally if required.
HVAC industry knowledge will be an advantage.
Freshers may also apply.

4. Data Entry / Back Office Executive
Job Responsibilities
Enter and maintain company data accurately.
Update records, documents and spreadsheets.
Maintain customer and enquiry information.
Assist with office documentation and administrative tasks.
Prepare basic reports and maintain digital records.
Coordinate with other departments for routine office work.
Ensure data is properly organized and updated.

Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Good attention to detail.
Basic communication skills.
Ability to maintain records accurately.
