Job Description
Sure Media is hiring an enthusiastic and people-focused HR Recruiter to join its growing team in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR and are interested in building a career in talent acquisition and human resources.

The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment activities, and supporting the organization in building a strong and capable team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate communication and interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment-related information.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain regular recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Ensure vacancies are closed within the required timeline.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with recruitment tools, job portals, and digital platforms.
Candidates with a positive, proactive, and target-oriented approach will be preferred.
