Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Fund Raising Manager (CSR Projects) to lead resource mobilization efforts and strengthen corporate partnerships for the organization’s social development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CSR fundraising, corporate liaisoning, and partnership development within the NGO or social sector.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute CSR fundraising strategies to support the organization’s projects and programs
Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporate donors, foundations, and CSR partners
Manage end-to-end resource mobilization activities, including proposal writing, presentations, and donor reporting
Develop and maintain strong liaisoning with corporate CSR teams for partnership development
Prepare CSR project proposals, concept notes, and impact reports for prospective and existing partners
Track fundraising targets, maintain donor databases, and ensure timely follow-ups
Represent the organization at CSR forums, networking events, and partner meetings
Collaborate with the program team to align fundraising goals with on-ground project needs
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification: MBA or MSW (Master of Social Work) preferred
Proven experience in CSR fundraising and resource mobilization
Strong understanding of corporate CSR frameworks, compliance, and partnership models
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Prior experience working with NGOs, charitable trusts, or social sector organizations preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet fundraising targets
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹4.8 LPA to ₹6 LPA (₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month), commensurate with experience
