Adarsh Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer / Manager – Transformer Testing to lead testing operations for high-voltage power transformers. The ideal candidate will ensure excellence in quality, compliance, and testing processes.
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 10–15 Years
🔹 Role Overview
Lead and oversee all testing activities for high-voltage power transformers (up to 400kV)
Ensure compliance with international standards, customer specifications, and safety requirements
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for smooth operations
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise routine, type, and special transformer testing activities
Conduct testing operations for 220kV–400kV power transformers
Ensure adherence to quality standards and statutory compliance
Manage team performance and improve operational efficiency
Implement process improvements and best practices in transformer testing
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering
10–15 years of relevant experience in power transformer testing
Strong knowledge of high-voltage testing standards
🧠 Required Skills
Strong exposure to high-voltage transformer testing
Leadership and team management skills
Focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
