Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (Gross) + TA/DA + Performance Incentives
Role Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and converting them into successful sales. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and maintaining long-term relationships within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and convert potential leads into active sales.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong professional bonds with customers.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities to grow the regional footprint.
Field Visits: Conduct regular on-site visits and follow-ups with clients.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of service to encourage repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical (Preferred).
Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced professionals.
Required Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A strong sales-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of the automotive industry.
