Job Summary
C&S Electric Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Robotic Programmer & 3D Modeler to join our Bus Duct manufacturing unit in Haridwar. In this role, you will be responsible for 3D CAD modeling, offline robot programming (OLP), simulation, and seamless deployment across industrial automation processes.

Key Responsibilities
3D CAD Modeling: Create and optimize detailed 3D CAD designs and models for manufacturing and automation setups.
Offline Robot Programming (OLP): Perform robotic simulations and offline programming to ensure smooth transition from simulation to live physical deployment.
Code Translation & Scripting: Develop, translate, and troubleshoot native industrial robot programming languages.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production and automation to streamline manufacturing workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
1. Education & Experience
Educational Qualification: Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Technology, Automation, or a related technical field. Equivalent industrial hands-on experience is highly valued.
Experience Level: 1-5 years of dedicated experience in 3D CAD design and industrial robot programming, supported by a strong portfolio of successful offline-to-online deployments.
2. Technical Skills & Software Proficiency
3D CAD Modeling: Advanced proficiency in standard 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, or AutoCAD.
Offline Programming (OLP): Proven hands-on experience using robotic simulation and OLP tools such as Roboguide (FANUC).
Robot Native Languages: Proficiency in writing, reading, and debugging native robot languages including:FANUC: TP / Karel
ABB: RAPID
KUKA: KRL
