EDP Executive

We are hiring an EDP Executive for an automobile dealership in Haldwani. The role involves managing data processing, reporting, inventory, sales records, and MIS activities. Candidates with strong MS Excel skills and experience in automobile operations are preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain and manage operational data (sales, service, inventory, warranty, etc.)
Create, update, and manage daily MIS reports
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely data entry
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc management reports
Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts teams
Maintain data security and follow backup procedures
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Computer Applications / IT preferred)
Experience as an EDP Executive in automobile sector
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Familiarity with DMS/ERP systems used in automobile dealerships
Basic understanding of SQL or data reporting tools (preferred)
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
