Job Overview
We are urgently hiring an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager of Quality for a Multinational Company (MNC) in the textile industry. This role focuses strictly on non-woven textiles. The ideal candidate will oversee all quality assurance activities, ensure compliance with customer requirements, and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Required: 8+ Years in a similar quality assurance role.
Education Required: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Textile Engineering.
Specialization: Must have experience specifically in Non-Woven Textiles.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Oversee all Quality Assurance activities
Ensure overall product quality as per customer requirements
Manage product training for skill enhancement
Work with departments to reduce wastage and improve productivity
Implement and maintain process documentation & records
Handle:Store approvals
In-process inspection
Final inspection
Incoming material inspection (lab testing included)
Improve processes through corrective & preventive actions
Monitor process adherence and effectiveness
Manage:Customer complaints
Sales return material investigation & analysis
Conduct internal rejections / NC material analysis
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Perform daily review meetings with management
Conduct supplier audits & supplier rating
Track supplier material improvement progress
Ensure PDI / test report verification
Handle SOP / WI preparation and implementation

Strong leadership and team handling ability
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of textile quality standards and compliance
Experience in non-woven textile processes
