Job Description
Forace Speciality Chem Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Executive (R&D) to join its Research & Development team in Haridwar. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 0–1 years of experience who have a strong interest in synthetic organic chemistry, polymer formulation and laboratory-scale chemical development.
The selected candidate will support laboratory experiments, formulation development, raw material evaluation, documentation and scale-up activities while working closely with the R&D and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Synthetic Organic Chemistry
Conduct laboratory experiments related to synthetic organic chemistry.
Support the development and optimization of chemical formulations and processes.
Follow established laboratory procedures and maintain accurate experimental records.
Polymer Formulation
Assist in polymer formulation and development activities.
Conduct experiments to develop new resin formulations.
Optimize existing formulations by fine-tuning reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure, catalysts and other process parameters.
Evaluate experimental results and support improvements in product yield and purity.
Documentation
Maintain accurate and real-time records of laboratory experiments.
Document experimental observations, results and process conditions.
Assist in maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and other relevant manufacturing documentation.
Raw Material Management
Assist in the evaluation and testing of new raw materials and additives.
Support the R&D team in determining the suitability of materials before they are used in trials.
Maintain proper records related to raw material testing and evaluation.
Scale-Up Support
Assist with transferring successful laboratory batches to pilot-plant trials or production.
Monitor process parameters and kinetics during scale-up activities.
Support the R&D and production teams during process transfer and troubleshooting.
Laboratory Maintenance
Maintain laboratory equipment and work areas in clean and organized condition.
Support equipment calibration and routine laboratory maintenance.
Follow applicable laboratory safety procedures and 5S practices.
Ensure laboratory equipment and work areas remain ready for experimental activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 0–1 Years.
Educational background in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field may be suitable, depending on the employer’s requirements.
Basic understanding of Synthetic Organic Chemistry and chemical reactions.
Knowledge or interest in Polymer Formulation and Resin Development.
Good laboratory and documentation skills.
Ability to accurately record experimental observations and results.
Willingness to learn laboratory-scale production and process scale-up activities.
Good analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and practical laboratory exposure may also consider this opportunity.
