Job Description
GN Pal Speciality Molecules LLP is urgently hiring suitable candidates for its Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) Department at its API manufacturing plant in Sitarganj, Uttarakhand.
The company operates an API manufacturing facility at SIDCUL, Sitarganj, with analytical development and quality-control facilities supporting its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical or API industry. Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Perform analytical testing and laboratory activities as assigned by the ADL team.
Support analytical method development and related laboratory activities.
Handle laboratory instruments and follow standard operating procedures.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and analytical documentation.
Assist in testing and evaluation of pharmaceutical/API samples.
Ensure testing activities are performed according to established quality procedures.
Support method-related investigations and troubleshooting when required.
Maintain proper documentation of analytical results.
Coordinate with relevant departments for sample testing and reporting.
Follow laboratory safety, quality and compliance requirements.
Ensure proper handling and storage of samples, chemicals and laboratory materials.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) activities.
Understanding of pharmaceutical/API testing procedures.
Good laboratory practices and documentation skills.
Knowledge of analytical instruments and testing procedures.
Good observation and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow SOPs and quality procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience can apply.
Relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical / API industry is preferred.
Candidates available for Immediate Joining or Short Notice will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory environment.
