Job Description
GNPAL Speciality Molecules LLP is looking for an Engineering Store Officer in Sitarganj, Uttarakhand. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply. Experience or exposure to the pharmaceutical/API industry will be preferred.

The selected candidate will support engineering store operations, including inventory management, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining stock records and coordinating with Engineering and Purchase teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day engineering store inventory and material records.
Receive engineering materials and verify them against relevant documents.
Issue materials to authorized departments as per requirements.
Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
Update material transactions in the ERP/system.
Monitor stock levels and identify materials that may require replenishment.
Coordinate with the Engineering Department regarding material requirements.
Coordinate with the Purchase Department for procurement and material availability.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing engineering materials.
Ensure proper documentation of store transactions.
Organize and maintain engineering materials systematically.
Monitor material availability and support timely issue of required items.
Maintain proper records for inventory tracking and routine reporting.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of inventory and store management.
Understanding of stock records and material documentation.
Basic knowledge of ERP/system-based inventory entries.
Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate with Engineering and Purchase teams.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail while receiving, issuing and recording materials.
Candidates with pharmaceutical/API industry exposure will be preferred.
