We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory and store operations efficiently 📦
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Maintain accurate records of incoming & outgoing materials 📋
✔️ Monitor stock levels & ensure timely replenishment 🔄
✔️ Receive, inspect & verify materials against purchase orders ✅
✔️ Ensure proper storage to avoid damage or loss 📦
✔️ Issue materials as per approved requisitions 📝
✔️ Conduct physical stock verification & reconcile discrepancies 🔍
✔️ Maintain proper documentation (GRN, stock registers, issue slips) 📑
✔️ Coordinate with procurement, accounts & project/site teams 🤝
✔️ Follow company policies & safety standards ⚠️
✔️ Prepare inventory & consumption reports 📊
🎯 Required Skills:
✔️ Knowledge of inventory management & storekeeping 📦
✔️ Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Office) 💻
✔️ Strong attention to detail 🔎
✔️ Good communication & coordination skills 🗣️
🎓 Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any discipline 🎓
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in store/warehouse management
👉 (Construction/Manufacturing industry preferred)
