🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Internal Audit / Accounting / Compliance)
Qualification:B.Com / M.Com
MBA (Finance preferred)
✅ Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting internal audits (financial, operational, compliance)
Perform audit testing, documentation, and data analysis
Evaluate internal controls and identify process gaps
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulations
Prepare audit working papers and draft audit reports
Track audit observations and follow up for closure
Coordinate with different departments during audits
Support risk assessment and audit planning activities
Assist external/statutory auditors when required
🧠 Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of audit processes and internal controls
Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
