Job Description & Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle ranging from candidate sourcing to final employee onboarding.
Sourcing & Screening: Actively source prospective talent using job portals, screen inbound CVs, and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Interview Coordination: Align candidates with hiring managers, direct interview schedules across rounds, and maintain a qualified applicant pipeline.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal team leads to analyze hiring requisitions and clarify position requirements.
HR Operations: Provide cross-functional support for daily HR tasks, candidate follow-ups, employee coordination, and onboarding documentation.
Culture & Engagement: Assist in driving continuous employee engagement initiatives and nurturing a positive workplace environment.
