Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Must possess a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 18 years of professional experience in hydropower engineering is mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Pay: ₹26,000 – ₹57,000 (depending on experience).
Allowances: House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per official IIT norms.
Core Project Objectives
Design and develop hydro-kinetic power systems.
Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR).
Technical support for construction-phase power solutions.
Promoting sustainable and clean hydro energy utilization.
Selection Process
Candidates will be evaluated through a two-stage process:
Shortlisting: Based on educational qualifications and length of relevant experience.
Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
