Job Description
Neelgiri Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Production Engineer for its manufacturing operations at SIDCUL, Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
The position is suitable for candidates with a B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience in switch, socket and electrical plates manufacturing.
Neelgiri Electricals operates manufacturing facilities in Haridwar and is associated with the GIRISH brand of electrical products, including switches, sockets, wires, cables, LED products and electrical accessories.
Important: Candidates without relevant experience in switches, sockets and electrical plates manufacturing will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor day-to-day production activities.
Ensure that daily production targets are achieved as planned.
Monitor production processes and manufacturing operations.
Coordinate manpower and machines for smooth production.
Identify production-related problems and take appropriate corrective action.
Monitor production line performance and productivity.
Coordinate with production team members to maintain workflow.
Ensure that products are manufactured according to defined quality standards.
Maintain daily production records and reports.
Monitor production output and report deviations to the concerned management.
Support continuous improvement in production processes.
Follow company safety, quality and manufacturing procedures.

Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
