Job Description
The Lab Assistant will be responsible for supporting laboratory operations, quality testing, documentation, and compliance activities. The role requires strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of food testing and laboratory procedures.

Position: Lab Assistant

Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
Routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
Maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment and glassware
Calibration and verification of laboratory instruments
Support in validation activities and documentation
Ensure GMP, hygiene, and laboratory safety compliance
Maintain laboratory records and prepare reports accurately
Sample collection, preparation, and analysis
Required Skills
Experience in food testing laboratories or Frozen Foods / RTE preferred
Knowledge of calibration, validation, and laboratory handling
Understanding of GMP and food safety standards
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
Attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
