Job Description & Role Profile
As a Quality Executive at Panchwati Prayogshala Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing quality control and assurance practices across the manufacturing plant. This role ensures that all raw materials, in-process goods, and finished food items comply with strict quality, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Monitor quality at all stages of production and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Maintain quality documentation, records, and detailed inspection reports accurately.
Coordinate with Production, QA, and Stores teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Hygiene practices on the plant floor.
Assist in handling customer complaints, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in food processing or FMCG quality assurance/control.
Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
Core Competencies: Knowledge of Food Safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, CAPA implementation, quality auditing, and documentation.
