Job Description & Role Profile
As a Quality Officer at Panchwati Prayogshala Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring that all food products meet strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. This position plays a critical role in monitoring manufacturing operations from raw material intake to final packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Conduct routine quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with Food Safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GHP (Good Hygiene Practice), SOPs, and company quality policies.
Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with Production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Assist during internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the production area.
Investigate customer complaints and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG processing.
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
Skills: Knowledge of Food Safety regulations, GMP, GHP, SOPs, quality assurance testing, and documentation.
