Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy)
Technical Experience & Skills
Industry Domain: Proven track record of 5–8 years specifically in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Operational Knowledge: Hands-on experience in handling core Granulation, Compression, and Coating machinery and operational workflows.
Compliance Standards: Strong working knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and meticulous documentation standards.
Execution: Strong ability to manage shift production activities efficiently while meeting strict output timelines.
Candidate Profile: A team-oriented, result-driven approach with sharp problem-solving capabilities under operational parameters.
