Experience: Minimum 5 years
Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and corporate tie-ups
Handle bookings for rooms, retreats, events, conferences, and workshops
2. Resident Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Responsibilities:
Oversee resort operations
Coordinate departments
Manage vendors and monitor revenues
Ensure excellent guest experience
3. Housekeeping Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Responsibilities:
Lead the housekeeping team
Maintain cleanliness standards
Manage inventory
Ensure guest-ready rooms and public areas
4. Maintenance Person
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Responsibilities:
Handle property maintenance and repairs
Work with knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep
5. Front Office Executive
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Responsibilities:
Manage reservations, OTA platforms, and guest check-ins/check-outs
Handle front desk operations with excellent guest service
