Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Experience in Tool Room, Press Tools, Dies, Jigs & Fixtures
Automotive or Sheet Metal industry experience preferred
Knowledge of CNC, VMC, Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding and Precision Measurement Tools

📋 Key Responsibilities
Tool Room Operations
Manufacture, repair, and maintain press tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
Support press shop and weld shop by resolving tooling issues
Ensure smooth operation of production tooling systems
Machining & Tool Maintenance
Operate and supervise machining activities like:Lathe
Milling
CNC
VMC
Surface Grinding
Radial Drill
Other tool room machines
Quality & Improvement
Read engineering drawings and tool designs
Perform precision measurements using:Vernier Caliper
Micrometer
Height Gauge
Dial Gauge
Other measuring instruments
Conduct preventive maintenance of tools and fixtures
Analyze tooling failures and implement corrective actions
Maintain high-quality standards
Production Support
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
Maintain tool history records and spare inventory
Implement TPM, Kaizen, and workplace safety standards
