Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in the Production department, your daily tasks will be focused on ensuring smooth manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:

Supporting day-to-day production activities on the factory floor.
Monitoring ongoing production processes and tracking output efficiency.
Coordinating actively with various shop-floor teams to maintain workflow.
Assisting plant engineers in process improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate documentation.
Ensuring strict adherence to all company quality and safety standards during operations.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Passing Year: Must be a fresh graduate from the 2024 or 2025 academic batches.
Skills: Possess good communication and problem-solving skills to effectively navigate shop-floor challenges.
Work Environment: Must be willing and highly motivated to work in a demanding sheet metal and fabrication manufacturing environment.
