Age: 22 to 35 Years
Experience: 5+ Years
Preferred Background: Hospitality & Aviation
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and professional assistance to the Managing Director.
Manage day-to-day coordination and scheduling.
Handle communication and routine office-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts when required.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling official information.
Support the MD in managing appointments, meetings and other administrative requirements.
Requirements
Female candidates aged between 22 and 35 years.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Candidates with a Hospitality or Aviation background will be preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Professional attitude and attention to detail.
2. Premium Projects Specialist – 06 Positions
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: 3+ Years
Preferred Experience: Project Marketing
Location: Mussoorie & Dehradun
Key Responsibilities
Assist in marketing and promotion of premium projects.
Coordinate with prospective customers and business contacts.
Support project-related marketing activities.
Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in generating and following up on business leads.
Coordinate with the project and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Candidates with experience in Project Marketing will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Ability to work professionally with clients and business associates.
