Job Description
Starlite Lamps, an electrical manufacturing company based in Dehradun, is inviting applications from experienced professionals for multiple positions in its production, quality control, and electrical engineering teams.
Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant work experience are preferred. Applicants with an Electrical / Electrical Engineering background will be given preference.
1. Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day manufacturing activities, coordinating with production staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring that production targets and quality requirements are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities.
Coordinate with production workers and other departments.
Monitor production schedules and workflow.
Ensure proper use of equipment and resources.
Maintain workplace safety and production standards.
Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain basic production records and reports.
2. Quality Control Incharge
The Quality Control Incharge will oversee quality-related activities and help ensure that products meet the company’s required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor quality at different stages of production.
Inspect products and identify quality issues.
Maintain quality inspection records.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve defects.
Follow quality control procedures and manufacturing standards.
Support continuous improvement in product quality.
3. Electrical Engineer
The Electrical Engineer will support electrical and technical activities related to manufacturing operations, equipment, and production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle electrical and technical activities related to manufacturing.
Monitor electrical equipment and systems.
Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues.
Support maintenance and production teams when required.
Follow electrical safety procedures.
Maintain technical records and reports.
Help improve the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have more than 3 years of relevant experience.
Candidates with an Electrical / Electrical Engineering background will be preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills are desirable.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Relevant educational qualifications and practical experience will be considered according to the position.
