Department:Â PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)
đź“‹ Key Responsibilities
Production planning and scheduling for injectable manufacturing
Material requirement planning (MRP/MFG inventory control)
Coordination with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase & Dispatch teams
Monitoring batch execution, line utilization, and on-time delivery
Maintaining inventory levels and avoiding shortages/excess stock
ERP/SAP data management and MIS report preparation
Ensuring compliance with GMP, audit, and documentation standards
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 6–10 years in injectable pharma manufacturing
Strong knowledge of PPIC, MRP, supply chain, and inventory systems
Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and Excel
Understanding of cGMP, USFDA, WHO-GMP guidelines
Good communication, planning, and coordination skills
🎓 Qualification
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA (Operations preferred)
