This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing. Quality Head roles typically involve overseeing quality assurance, compliance, and process improvements across production units.

📋 Key Responsibilities
Lead Quality Management System (QMS) implementation
Manage quality assurance and control processes
Ensure compliance with automotive and industry standards
Handle internal & external audits
Drive continuous improvement and defect reduction
Manage quality team and department operations
Coordinate with production and engineering teams

🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Engineering
18–25 years of experience in automotive quality
Strong experience in machining, forging, and precision components
Knowledge of steel machinery and manufacturing processes
Proven leadership experience in handling Quality department

🧠 Required Skills
Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems
Experience with QMS, audits, and compliance
Leadership and team management skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills
