Windlas Precision Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled Junior Engineer – Electrical Maintenance to manage and maintain electrical systems in a sheet metal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in maintenance operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
PLC and automation system handling
Motor control and maintenance
Sensor calibration and troubleshooting
Routine inspection of electrical systems
Thermal imaging for preventive maintenance
Lubrication and cleaning of equipment
Press machine maintenance
Welding equipment handling
CNC/Laser machine maintenance
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
Earthing checks and electrical safety compliance
Documentation and reporting
Maintenance of DG sets and compressors
Energy efficiency monitoring
Internal audit support
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
4–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance
Experience in sheet metal manufacturing industry preferred
🧠 Required Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance systems
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of industrial safety standards
Ability to work independently and in a team
