Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control: Establish, implement, and monitor strict product quality guidelines from raw material reception to packaging.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain absolute adherence to food safety parameters and production regulations on the plant floor.
Batch Testing: Oversee routine laboratory analysis, sensory checks, shelf-life verification, and chemical analysis cycles.
Team Leadership: Guide and train the shift quality control team to eliminate defects and ensure seamless industrial workflows.
