Key Responsibilities
Production
Operate CNC and VMC machines to meet daily production targets.
Assist in maintaining smooth manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
Quality Control
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
Ensure manufactured parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
Maintenance
Support the maintenance team in basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Compliance & Safety
Follow shop-floor safety guidelines and maintain workplace discipline.
Ensure adherence to company production and quality standards.
Requirements
Recently completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Disciplined, hardworking, and eager to learn in a manufacturing environment.
