Experience & Skills: Prior experience in soap wrapping and packing machine operations preferred.
Key Role: Hands-on machine handling, ensuring proper packaging quality checks, and maintaining smooth wrapping line speeds.
2. Stamping Operator
Experience & Skills: Prior experience in soap stamping machines and manufacturing line operations.
Key Role: Operating stamping machinery, maintaining consistent product output, and meeting plant quality standards.
3. Mixer Operator
Experience & Skills: Experience in raw material mixing, soap noodles processing, and batch preparation.
Key Role: Executing batch production according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring workplace safety protocols.
4. Shift In-Charge
Experience & Skills: Proven experience in supervising manufacturing plant shifts, team leadership, and floor operations.
Key Role: Monitoring daily shift productivity, direct team handling, maintaining process documentation, and submitting shift production reports.
