🔧 Key Responsibilities
Handle telecalling and candidate outreach
Source candidates through job portals and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
Maintain candidate data and recruitment records
Follow up with candidates for interview and joining
Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets
